It has been a lovely summer, unusually warm and sunny for Scotland but the signs of Autumn are definitely appearing. As we get ready to welcome a change of season I find myself in a reflective mood.
I'm really enjoying generative music just now, especially chilled stuff that seems to go nowhere. It's lovely both in the background or to totally immerse yourself in.

Being a child in the 70s and early 80s had a certain spookiness to it. Spirits seemed more readily available. I recall a homesickness which would haunt me even then, as if I were from another place entirely. Life's a mystery which childhood makes even worse, so let us revisit it in all its haunting creepiness.
